Welcome to StudioPixelPX. By using this website or booking our photography and videography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms help ensure a smooth working relationship between our team and every client.

1. Booking Confirmation

A project is confirmed only after receiving written approval and the agreed booking advance. Shoot dates are reserved once the booking is confirmed.

2. Project Scope

The quotation provided for every project includes only the services mentioned in the proposal. Any additional photography, videography, editing, revisions, or shoot extensions requested after confirmation may be charged separately.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring that all rooms, public spaces, amenities, and locations are clean, fully prepared, and available before the scheduled shoot. Delays caused by property readiness may affect the shooting schedule.

4. No Guest Photography

To protect guest privacy, we do not photograph hotel guests unless prior written approval has been provided by the property management and the individuals involved.

5. Drone Photography

Drone photography is carried out only where local regulations and property permissions allow. Any required government or local authority approvals remain the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

6. Weather & Natural Conditions

Outdoor photography depends on weather and natural lighting. If weather conditions prevent quality results, the shoot schedule may be adjusted after mutual discussion.

7. Delivery Timeline

Edited photographs and videos are delivered within the timeline agreed in the project quotation. Delivery time begins after the final day of photography.

8. Revisions

Minor editing revisions are included where specified in the quotation. Requests involving additional editing, object removal, design changes, or new creative concepts may be billed separately.

9. Payments

Invoices are payable according to the agreed payment schedule. Final files are delivered after all outstanding payments have been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If a confirmed project is cancelled or postponed, any costs already incurred, including travel, accommodation, location bookings, equipment arrangements, or production expenses, may be charged. New shoot dates are subject to availability.
